Platform

The SYNT™ platform addresses key oral delivery challenges such as therapeutic stability, localization, and absorption in the gastrointestinal tract. It enables precise drug placement, prolonged mucosal residence, and can be tuned to support either local or systemic uptake.

We are seeking co-development and licensing partners interested in novel oral delivery solutions across diverse modalities. The SYNT platform is engineered to address critical formulation and delivery challenges, including but not limited to:

1. Improving oral bioavailability
2. Sustaining localized drug exposure within the GI tract
3. Reducing overall dosing requirements or frequency
4. Enabling non-fasted dosing strategies

Our approach is grounded in first-in-human data, NIH-backed research, and deep expertise in formulation and translational science. We welcome partnerships across therapeutic areas and stages of development where SYNT has the potential to create meaningful clinical impact.
